Studio Policies & Rules
Welcome to One Eighty Yoga Studio! To keep our space safe, enjoyable, and fair for everyone, please review the following policies before attending class. By booking a class, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
📌 General Policies
Reservations Required – All classes must be booked in advance. Walk-ins are not accepted.
Age Requirement – Participants must be 18 or older.
Waivers – A signed waiver is required for all new clients before participating in class.
⏳ Cancellation/Reschedule/Late Policy:
If you must cancel, please do so no later than 24 hours prior to class. No refunds for cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows. You may reschedule up to 12 hours before class.
We ask that all class participants be present 10 minutes before start time to make height adjustments to their hammock if necessary. Anyone that arrives after start of class time WILL NOT be allowed to participate and are then considered a no-show.
This applies to all class types and private sessions.
🔔 Low Attendance Policy
If a class has only one participant, we will contact the participant via text 2-3 hours before the scheduled class time to offer the following options:
A 30-minute private session with the instructor. Session begins at the start of class time! Late arrivals will lose that time, the late policy still applies.
Or the option to reschedule the class for another date, based on availability.
📵 Cell Phone Policy
No cell phones during yoga classes (this does not include Flow or tricks-based workshops where recording is used as a coaching tool).
A 10-minute window after class will be available for anyone wanting to take photos or videos.
🚦Aerial Yoga Prerequisites & Class Requirements
New students are required to attend beginner-appropriate classes.
Aerial Yoga (Non-Beginner Classes): Participants must have at least 1 year of yoga experience or have attended Beginner Aerial Yoga classes with us.
Aerial Flow Foundations: This class is beginner-appropriate for those interested in building Aerial Flow skills but is still a challenging practice. First-timers should be prepared for a strength-based approach to aerial movement.
Low Hammock Gentle Yoga is for everyone, no experience required!
💡 Additional Notes
