  • Perfect for newcomers and seasoned yogis alike, this yoga class introduces the exhilarating blend of traditional yoga and aerial hammocks. Learn the foundations and steps necessary to become more comfortable with a consistent aerial yoga practice. Experience the joy of floating and flying while enhancing your strength and flexibility. Space is limited.

  • A unique blend of yoga and aerial artistry, this class offers a refreshing twist to traditional practices. Suspended in soft, supportive hammocks, you’ll experience a profound sense of weightlessness and freedom. You’ll explore a variety of yoga poses, stretches, and inversions. Aerial Yoga not only enhances flexibility and strength but also cultivates a mindfulness as you flow through graceful movements. This style of yoga is both challenging and playful, allowing students to explore their physical abilities in a supportive and low-impact environment.

  • This class (which is not yoga based) is your gateway to mastering the elegance and fluidity of aerial dance. It's designed specifically for those at the beginning of their aerial flow journey. Students will delve into the core vocabulary of aerial flow, the art of graceful entrances and exits, and a beginner-appropriate series. We aim to cultivate the strength, grace, and understanding necessary to progress to Aerial Flow, with dedication and consistency. This class is a celebration of movement and creativity, welcoming those who wish to explore the beauty of aerial arts in a nurturing and inspiring environment. Be prepared for a challenge! Must be comfortable with inversions. Must attend at least 10 sessions before moving on to Aerial Flow.

  • Not a yoga based practice. This class is for those who are familiar with Aerial Flow Foundational wraps and theories. Aerial Flow invites participants to master the intricacies of fluidity between several poses while suspended in the air. Refine your technique in this intermediate level class. Ideal for individuals with some experience. Instructor approval required.

  • Enjoy a personalized experience with our private sessions . Tailored to your unique needs, our private offerings provide the ultimate one-on-one attention. Choose between individual sessions or invite friends for small group privates accommodating up to 4 participants. Sessions at One Eighty Yoga are led by Jess, who specializes in:

While we can't host larger groups in one session, we can set up multiple sessions to fit your needs. Whether it's a bachelorette party, birthday, or team-building event, we will work with you to create a memorable experience.
